* Hi  [FIRST_NAME] welcome to Matty's pub/Apartments, self catering.

* KEY BOX DOOR CODE is the last FOUR digits of the phone number you used to book with us. The key is inside. You can self check in, but PLEASE let us know when you arrive.

* LATE PARTY'S ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Quite hours 23:00 - 07:00.
  We are family frendly, so please keep the noise down after 23:00, kids are sleeping in the building.

* CHECK IN 15:00 - Check out 11:00.
  If check in is later than 21:00 pm PLEASE let us know, to make sure your check in with no issues.

* LOCATION Eircode R21K883 (Enter that code into google maps).

* CANCELLATION All booking's are strictly non refundable 7 days in advance. Total price will be charged.

* 22kv CAR CHARGER on site. €5 euro flat fee per hour.

* GROUND FLOOR(101) Max 4 adults. 2 x single beds, 1 x queen bed(wheel chair accessable).

* SUPERIOR APT. (202) Max 4 adults. 2 x single beds , 1 x queen bed.

* TWO-BEDROOM (303) Max 6 adults. 1 x queen bed, 2 x single beds, 1 x bunk bed(2 beds) and kids pull out bed.

* APT. WITH TERRACE (404) Max 2 adults. 1 x queen bed.

* APT. WITH BALCONY/JACUZZI (505) Max 4 adults. 2 x single beds, 1 x Bunk bed and 1 x pull out bed. This Apt. has a private JACUZZI. Free to use. SUMMER months only. Advance notice required so please email us.

* People staying in other apartments can use the Jacuzzi. Email us for slot if available(summer only).
