Our rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. To make and confirm your booking, you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you.

The cost of the accommodation charge will be charged 48 hours prior to your arrival.  Standard reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in one night’s accommodation charge to the card given at the time of booking. For Advance Purchase reservations the full amount is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable.  For "Book early, Save More" reservations, the full amount will be charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Please note, our bar and restaurant facilities are currently unavailable.  We kindly ask that you contact he hotel prior to arrival and we will be happy to provide recommendations for local dining options.

To cancel your booking, please contact us directly within the specified terms stated above, quoting the booking reference number issued with your confirmation. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, we not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products.

 

Nesbitt Arms Boutique Hotel is a non- smoking hotel.  If you smoke in your room, a fumigation/cleaning charge will be charged to your credit card.

 

Nesbitt Arms Boutique Hotel reserves the right to recover any or all charges incurred during your stay, noise disruption or any damages to our property from credit card used at time of booking or card given as security on arrival.
