Rates & Payment
Rates are in EUR, including VAT, service charges, and taxes. A valid credit or debit card is needed at booking, and the hotel may pre-authorize the card for the amount of your stay. Some rates are non-refundable. If you don’t show up, the full booking amount will be charged. For advance bookings, payment is required upfront and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 4pm. During busy times, there might be a slight delay. Check-out is by 11am. We will try to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 48 hours before check-in have no charges. For any other cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking will be charged. For group bookings or stays of 4+ nights, 5 days’ notice is required.

Dining
Requested dining times are subject to availability. Food is served daily until 9pm. For any alcohol brought in, corkage fees apply. 

No Smoking Policy
All rooms are non-smoking. A €150 fine will be charged if smoking is detected in a room. Smoking areas are available in the hotel.

Noise Notice
Downings can be noisy due to its popularity. While we try to minimize this, some noise may occur.
