1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By reading and signing the hotel sign in form at check-in or by booking a reservation you are agreeing by our hotel policies to authorise Crown Hotel Stone to charge your credit/debit card for any room rate charges, food and drinks bill, if any or any other incidental damages occurred whilst your stay with us. In case where you have supplied us with another card for room charges or any other incidental damages, payment will be taken from the given card as indicated in the third-party authorization form which would be completed and returned back to the hotel prior to the guest arrival.
2. PRE-AUTHORIZATION POLICY
A credit card or debit card of the guest who check-in to the hotel is required at the reception for a £100 pre-authorization for any incidental damages during guests stay. IMPORTANT: Please note that the release of the pre-authorization typically takes 5-7 working days, however this can vary depending on the guest’s individual bank terms & conditions.
3. PARKING
Free parking is available on site (subject to availability) but charges may apply if correct vehicle registration number is not validated on the UKPC parking system by the guest at the reception.
4. WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel including the public areas to all the hotel guests.
5. NO SMOKING POLICY
For your own safety and for the safety of other guests, smoking, including E cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and throughout the hotel premises except the designated areas outside. If the hotel is in the opinion that your violation of this policy, a minimum charge of £200 will be applied and you would be asked to leave the hotel immediately. No refunds will be made, and no discussions will be entered into this matter.
6. LATE CHECK-OUT
Hotel check out time is 11:00 am, departure after this time will incur a late check-out fee of £10 per hour. Check out after 2:00 pm on the departure date will result in the fee for the next night being charged.
7. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Crown hotel stone operate a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour toward staff which includes any personal, abusive or threatening comments, bad language, physical contact and aggressive gestures. Should you or any guests in your party subject staff members do any aggressive or abusive behaviour, the hotel reserves the right to ask you and your party to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be made, and no discussions will be entered into this matter.
8. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late checks are strictly based on subject to availability.
9. LOST & FOUND POLICY
Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to the Crown Hotel Stone at the guest’s sole risk. The hotel and/or management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage and guests remains solely responsible for safekeeping of any such items.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reduce the length of your stay with us, we request that you contact the hotel reception team before 24 HRS of the check-in time. (applies only to www.crownhotelstone.com bookings)
