Cancellation Policy:

For non-refundable bookings, you will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time after booking; also you will not be refunded if you cancel.

For pay later bookings, you must pay 21 days prior to arrival date, cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival date will be incur full charged the first night; Cancellation made after 14 days prior to arrival day or no show, will be charged the total price.

Children Policy:

Children less than 6 years old, sharing existing bedding with parents (Maximum 2 children per room) will be free for breakfast.

Children from 6 to 12 years old, sharing existing bedding with parents, will be charged 8 US dollars for breakfast (Maximum 2 children per room). If you require add an extra bed for them, you have to pay 25 US dollars per night.

Children aged twelve years old and above: Adult meal rates apply. All further older children or adults are charged USD 40 per night for extra bed.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
