For bookings made thirty days or more before your arrival date:

When you make your booking online, you will receive an email which sets out your reservation details. We will only take the €150 deposit 24 hrs after you have completed your booking. This gives you 24 hrs to cancel your booking, during which time no funds will be taken from your card.

When we take your deposit payment, you will receive an email to confirm the deposit has been taken. The deposit is then non-refundable.

Thirty days before you stay with us, we will send you a reminder by email to pay your outstanding balance. The balance can be paid by bank transfer or you can call us with your card details and we can process your payment over the phone. Either way, we will send an email to confirm receipt of the outstanding balance once the payment is complete.

For bookings made less than thirty days before your arrival date:

If you make your booking less than thirty days before you are due to arrive, no deposit will be required and we will contact you to arrange payment in full.
