Cancellation conditions

Thank you for your credit card details. Nothing will be charged to your card now (unless you've purchased a voucher).
 
We understand things happen in life and if you have to cancel - just let us know as soon as you know - we're not into charging cancellation fees.
However if you don't let us know & just don't turn up or give us less than 24 hours notice (and we were full & we don't resell your room) - then we'll deduct the cost of the 1st nights' stay.
 
Please bear in mind we just have 11 bedrooms and one bedroom cancellation without anyone else rebooking is almost 10%.
 
Payment, when you are here, need not be from the card you provided.
