Thank you for booking Joyces Lodge. We look forward to welcoming you indeed! Please see some further information below to help you during your stay:

*All Bookings are 100% prepaid in advance. Guests can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and will be able to gain a full refund. Any other cancellations or 'no-shows' within 48 hours of arrival date will mean no refund applicable.

*STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE ROOMS/BUILDING. ANY SMOKE OR GENERAL ROOM DAMAGE WILL RESULT IN FINES. SMOKING FINE IS €100.

KEY COLLECTION/Check-in:

1. Collect Room Key(s) from the Joyces Bar & Lounge between after 3pm Daily. If you are checking-in after 10pm please contact the Night Porter at the 4* Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa 00 353 74 93 78200.

A Staff member of Joyces will address you and provide you with your keys on check-in. Please enter the Main Bar.

*The Welcome Wallet will hold: *Room Key (Silver), *Room Power Card *Front door Key (Gold)

A Physical Key is available to access the Front Door of the Building along with your room. The Key Card is to be placed in the ‘power holder’ in the room to activate electrics.

2. Check-in is available from 3pm. Check-out is 12pm latest. (ON CHECKOUT – Please drop the Keys and Wallet into the Key Drop-Off box located in the Porch of the Building at the bottom of the stairs).

** Should you lose your Key(s), please contact the Night Porter (Out Of Hours): 074 93 78200 (4* Ballyliffin Lodge & Spa (Affiliate Property)) or a member of staff during opening hours.
