Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date of the reservation will allow us to charge 100% of the first nights stay to your card.

All reservations made through b ooking a gent must be ammended through them, please note their rate s include c ommision, so you save money of you boo k D irect on ou r site.

We can ammend bookings made direct through our site.

We like all our guests to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay and we request that noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

Our house is non smoking through out.

We have onsite parking available at the front of the B&B.
