Group Polices

When booking three rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. These will be outlined to you upon booking.

Cancellation Policies

Advance Purchase Rate Plans: Payment taken at the time of booking. Strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable

Flexible and Stay 2 Nights deal : Direct Bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy 48 hours prior to 2pm day of arrival. Our property reserves the right to charge the accommodation in full at the time of the Check-in on the physical card provided or other methods accepted by the management.

Third Party bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy 72 hours prior to 2pm day of arrival

In the event of a no show or cancellation of booking outside the cancellation window the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night

Damage Deposit Policy

A refundable damage deposit of €150 might be charged for each reservation. This damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival before codes will be released for check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages during your stay and will be refunded in full on the day of checkout, if no damage has occurred.
