The city tax is €4 euro per person day.

Advance Purchase pre-paid rate: Credit card is charged upon booking.

Cancellations, changes or 'no shows' entitle us to charge 100% of the value of the total reservation.

For general bookings, cancellations within 48 hours of arrival entitles us to charge 100% of the commission of the first nights accommodation.

A security deposit of EUR 150 is cash or a hold on your credit card for the same amount is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that early arrivals involve the following additional costs:

- Before 14: 00: EUR 35.

All early arrivals are always subject to availability the day.

The hotel reserves the right to ask for the credit card used for the transaction, in order to confirm the datas of the card. If not presented on check in time, the reservation can be automatically cancelled
