• If you require car parking you must reserve the room with car parking included.
 
• Cancellation Policy - 24 hours is only availably when you book direct on our official website:  You can cancel up to noon 24 hours in advance.
 
• Payments Accepted: On arrival the card and card holder must be present to transmit the payment by chip & pin or contactless method.
 
• Booking Guarantee and Credit Cards: No payment is taken prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise/validate your credit card by holding the amount equal to your first night stay prior to arrival.
 
• Check In Time is from 2:00pm and Check Out Time is until 11:00am.

• No parties are permitted • Quiet times from 11pm to 8am.
 
• Free luggage storage is available / All our rooms are non-smoking / We have a designated smoking area available. 

• 24-hour check-in is possible and late arrivals are possible, simply email us your arrival time if you are arriving later than 10:00pm (please email [email protected])
