Check-in information:
Please note that credit card and ID must be matching with the name on the reservation. 
  • Your card informations will be safely stored in our system (front and CVV) as part of the PCI compliance until the check out. This is to guarantee your stay that there will be no incidentals and to avoid blocking any deposits in your account prior to your stay.
  • A copy of the ID will be safely taken and attached to the registration card during your stay.

Group Polices

When booking three rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. These will be outlined to you upon booking.

Please note we are unable to guarantee extras/add on's that are booked on same day as arrival. We require 24-Hour notice for Birthday and Romantic Packages

Cancellation Policies

Advance Purchase Rate Plans: Payment taken at the time of booking. Strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Amendable
Flexible and Stay 2 Nights deal : Direct Bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy 48 hours prior to 2pm day of arrival. Our property reserves the right to charge the accommodation in full at the time of the Check-in on the physical card provided or other methods accepted by the management.
Third Party bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy 72 hours prior to 2pm day of arrival
In the event of a no show or cancellation of booking outside the cancellation window the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night

Check in information
 
Please note that the same credit card and ID matching the name is required to be present on check in for payment verification. A copy of the ID will be safely taken and attached to the registration card during your stay. Please note that only guests shown on the reservation are allowed to the room. This establishment is a hotel and under no circumstances are you allowed to bring guests from the outside.
For direct bookings we will take a preauthorisation of £1 which will be unblocked on check out. This is part of the verification procedure in order to have your booking confirmed and checked in. Please note that we appear as "Yasara Ltd" on your bank statement
