Deposit Policy:

More than 2 weeks before check-in, the deposit is 1 night

Less than 2 weeks before check-in, the deposit is 100%.

Cancellation Policy An Riasc Bed & Breakfast:

If the booking is cancelled before 12:00hrs (noon), 14 days before check-in, it is free of charge (deposit is refunded). If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, the charge is 100%.

Cancellation Policy for An Risasc Farmhouse Rental:

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
