Vous pouvez annuler votre réservation jusqu’à 7 jours avant votre arrivée. Passé ce délai la totalité du séjour vous sera facturé et débité sur votre carte bancaire. 
Tout départ anticipé entraîne le paiement de la totalité du séjour réservé.
 
Durant la période hivernale, plusieurs restaurants peuvent être fermés, nous mettons donc à votre disposition, sur réservation, des plateaux-repas au prix de 24€ par personne (plat - dessert).
 
En cas d'arrivée tardive (après 20H30) veuillez nous contacter à l'avance afin que nous puissions organiser votre arrivée et vous transmettre le code d'accès de la porte principale de notre établissement.
 
La réception est fermée de 12h00 à 15h00.
 
Si vous souhaitez bénéficier d'un service (ex: mise à disposition d'une table à repasser avec fer) n'hésitez pas à nous contacter la veille pour que cela soit déposé dans votre chambre à votre arrivée.

Tous les mardis matin le marché occupe tout le centre de la ville, les stationnements aux abords de l'établissement sont donc interdits à. partir de 6h du matin, nous vous conseillons donc de stationner votre véhicule la veille sur le parking Chausy à côté de notre établissement
 
 
You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card. 
All early departures require full payment of the reserved stay.
 
During the winter season, several restaurants may be closed, so we can provide, on reservation, meal trays at €24 per person (main course - dessert).
 
In the event of late arrival (after 8:30 pm), please contact us in advance so that we can organize your arrival and give you the access code for the main door of our establishment.
 
Reception is closed from 12:00 to 15:00.
 
If you require a service (e.g. an ironing board and iron), please contact us the day before so that this can be left in your room on arrival.

Every Tuesday morning, the market occupies the entire town center, so parking in the vicinity of our establishment is prohibited from 6 a.m. onwards. We therefore advise you to park your vehicle the day before in the Chausy parking lot next to our establishment.
