General Terms

Check in strictly 2pm-8pm daily.

All bookings are subject to Pre Authorisation.

Prepayment is required on arrival.

Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will also be charged if cancelled.

Group Bookings

All group bookings of 4 rooms or less require 72 hours notification for any cancellation

Please be advised, a cancellation fee of the first nights' accommodation applies if rooms are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or are a no show on the day.

For group bookings of 4 or more rooms inclusive to Bank Holiday's or festivals, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total booking applies if cancelled within 21 days of arrival or 100% if cancelled within 14 days of arrival. All deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable.
