1. No Booking Deposit Required
No deposit is required at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. After this period, the first night’s stay will be charged in full, with no exceptions.
3. Pre-Arrival Payment
The property reserves the right to charge your card on the morning of your arrival to confirm your reservation.
4. Check-In/Check-Out Times
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
5. Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented by all guests upon check-in.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to terminate stays or refuse service to individuals causing disturbances.
7. Room Occupancy
- The maximum occupancy for each room is stated at the time of booking. Extra guests beyond this limit are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
8. No-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-designated areas. A cleaning fee of €150 will be charged for violations.
9. Dinner Reservations
If you plan to dine with us in the evening, we highly recommend pre-booking dinner times during busy periods to ensure availability.
10. Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the credit card on file.
11. Parking
On-site parking is available but limited. Parking is at the guest’s own risk, and the hotel is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles.
