Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Hedges Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you. 

When a guest makes a reservation with ourselves we require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable at anytime. We then charge the remaining balance within 1 week of arrival, meaning the guests bill will be fully paid prior to their stay.
 
Cancellation Policy:  Guests must give 24 hours notice if the booking has to be cancelled or dates amended.

We do not welcome pets in our accommodation. Children must not be left without parental supervision at anytime during guests stay. 

If there is damage done the room we ask you to report it immediately, there will be a damage fee charged to your card. 
Please respect our accommodation - no inappropriate behaviour. 
Please also understand the property in our rooms belong to the Hedges Hotel - i.e towels, face cloths, cushions, throws, glasses etc. 
Each item is accounted for and the guest will be charged if anything is taken which shouldn't be. 

We require customer card details for each reservation for food and drink room charges or if our accommodation is damaged. 
 
There is a free carpark located at the front of the hotel. Please dont get mistaken and use the visitor carpark as there is a parking fee upon leaving and the hotel cannot accept responsibility for this.
