For Accommodation only in Lodge & Cottages free cancellation before 14 days in advance of arrival date. 50% cancellation charge when cancelled within 14 to 8 days of reservation. 100% cancellation charge when cancelled within 7 days. Early departures will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

For Fishing Packages (50% deposit required on booking) can be cancelled with full refund of deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancelation between 8 weeks to 3 weeks the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future fishing package. Non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelation within 3 weeks or less prior to arrival.

Christmas at The Lodge (50% deposit required on booking) refundable 90 days before arrival date.

To ensure the viability of opening the Lodge for the Christmas period, a minimum number of room bookings is required. Guests will be notified 90 days prior to Christmas whether the Lodge will be open during the festive period. If the minimum room threshold is not met and the Lodge does not open, all bookings will be fully refunded. We encourage early reservations to help make this magical season possible at Delphi.
