Check-In Information:

• Our Check in time is from 15:00 and check out by 12:00 midday.
• The same credit card and ID matching the name on the reservation are required for payment verification at check-in. A copy of your ID will be securely attached to your registration card during your stay.
• A €100 security deposit is required upon check-in. This can be paid via cash or a physical card.
• Please note that only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the room.

Please note our bar features regular entertainment with live music and stays open late until 03:00. Please be aware that noise from the bar may affect rooms.

Group Policy:
For bookings of three or more rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply. These will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies:

• Advance Purchase Rate Plans: Payment is taken at the time of booking. These rates are non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Flexible Rate Plans (Direct Bookings): You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to 2 PM on the day of arrival without penalty. After this period, the full accommodation charge may be applied to the physical card provided at check-in, or other methods accepted by the hotel.
• Third-Party Bookings (Flexible Rates): Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 2 PM on the day of arrival to avoid charges.
• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
