  • Cancellation & No-show:
    Cancellation within 7 days before check-in is non-refundable.
    No-shows will be charged for the first night.
    (Policy may vary depending on booking channel and rate type.)
    Hủy phòng & Không đến nhận phòng:
    Hủy trong vòng 07 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng sẽ không được hoàn tiền.
    Trường hợp không đến nhận phòng sẽ bị tính phí đêm đầu tiên.
    (Chính sách có thể thay đổi tùy theo kênh đặt phòng và loại giá.)

  • Check-in / Check-out:
    Check-in from 14:00  Check-out before 12:00
    Nhận phòng / Trả phòng:
    Nhận phòng từ 14:00  Trả phòng trước 12:00

  • Children & Extra Bed:
    Up to 2 children under 6 years old stay free when sharing existing bed with parents.
    Extra bed charge:
    • Children (7–12 years): VND 100,000/night
    • Guests aged 13 and above: Same as adults 
    Trẻ em & Giường phụ:
    Tối đa 2 trẻ dưới 6 tuổi được ở miễn phí khi ngủ chung giường với bố mẹ.
    Phụ thu giường phụ:
    • Trẻ em (7–12 tuổi): 100.000 VND/đêm
    • Khách từ 13 tuổi trở lên: Tính như người lớn
