Thank you for choosing the Marcy. Please take a moment to read our Terms prior to your arrival.

Breakfast:

We offer breakfast daily. We offer from 7am each day.
Mon Fri 7am-10am
Sat & Sun (And Bank hols) 7am - 11am

Carpark:

We have a limited number of car park spaces available for residents in FBT GYM, located behind the hotel. If you wish to use this during your stay YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH YOUR CAR REGISTRATION UPON ARRIVAL. Failure to do so will result in your car being clamped. This car park not owned or operated by the hotel therefore, we have no power to have the clamp removed from your car. Parking without registering is done at your own risk.

Payment:

All cards will be pre-authorised 48 hours prior to arrival. In order to ensure funds are not held on your debit card for up to 10 days we strongly recommend using a credit card or the card you intend to pay with. We accept no responsibility for funds held in limbo as a result of pre-authorisation.

Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so without charge 48hrs prior to your arrival date. Any bookings cancelled after this time will be charged the cost of the 1st night’s stay.

Accessibility:

As we are located in a listed building, our bedrooms are not accessible. We also do not have an elevator, all accommodation is located on the First Floor and above.

Noise:

As we are located in the centre of town there is a risk of noise pollution. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note our bar private event space may have live music which may cause noise pollution. Please ask at reception for earplugs if required or better still, join us in the bar and enjoy the free entertainment.

Room Capacity:

Should extra guests stay in a room other than stated at the time of booking extra charges will be added accordingly.

Damages:

Any damage caused to the room will be charged to the credit card provided on file. Damages include but are not limited to:

Damage to property
Smoking in rooms
Theft of hotel property

Any damage caused will result in a minimum fee charge of €200
