Quý khách vui lòng chọn giá bán tương ứng theo đúng số lượng khách đến lưu trú. Trong trường hợp số lượng khách đến lưu trú cao hơn so với đặt chỗ, chúng tôi sẽ phụ thu theo quy định.
 
Chính sách và thu phí :

1. Check-in / check-out :
  • Check - in : 14h00
  • Check - out : 11h00
2. Nhận phòng sớm :
  • Sau 09:00 : thanh toán 50% tiền phòng
  • Trước 09:00 : thanh toán 100% tiền phòng
3. Trả phòng muộn :
  • Trước 15:00 : thanh toán 50% tiền phòng
  • Sau 15:00 : thanh toán 100% tiền phòng
4. Quy định độ tuổi trẻ em :
  • Dưới 3 tuổi : miễn phí
  • Từ 3 tuổi - 12 tuổi : tính phí 100.000 VND/ 1 đêm
  • Trên 12 tuổi : tính phí 200.000 VND / 1 đêm
5. Hủy phòng hoặc đổi ngày :
  • Đặt phòng của bạn sẽ có hiệu lực sau khi XOM đã nhận đủ 100% thanh toán.
  • Hủy phòng hoặc đổi ngày trước giờ Check - in 24 tiếng bạn sẽ được hoàn lại 100% khoản thanh toán.
  • Hủy phòng hoặc đổi ngày trước giờ Check - in dưới 24 tiếng bạn sẽ không nhận lại được khoản đã thanh toán.
6. Giá các dịch vụ của chúng tôi chưa bao gồm 10% VAT.
