All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to minimum night’s stay. While every effort has been made to ensure
the accuracy of all information, Ealu Lodge does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information.
Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, Ealu Lodge has a strict policy of 72 hours’ notice. Payments for all arrivals are processed 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event of the Ealu Lodge not being notified of a cancellation, the prepayment will be held.
Payments made 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable and is charged to your credit card at the time of “make reservation” submission. The booking deposit will show as “Ealu Lodge” on your credit card statement. Ealu does not do Room charges, however, in the event of an activity bill was not paid for by a room or deep cleaning fees, the card on file will be charged accordingly. Please email [email protected] . Bookings made via our website, or any other third-party company must be cancelled from the source the booking was made from.
We do not accept Cash at Reception; you must have a debit/credit card to stay. We do accept cash for hire or equipment and activities.
Group Rules: Any bookings over 3 rooms may be subject to different policies and additional supplements may apply. Individual bookings that arrive as a group may be subject to group rules.
The minimum age for check in is 21 years old. One person in the room must be 21 years of age and be able to provide proof of age. Passports and Garda Cards are acceptable forms of ID.
Pets: We do not accept pets at the lodge. We only allow Service Dogs which must be accompanied by certificate.
Ealu takes no responsibility for lost property. Any property found in the lodge is held for 1 calendar month and then either disposed of or sent to a charity shop.
For any special requests please do not hesitate to contact us direct. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we can’t always guarantee it. Rooms are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests requiring low mobility/disability requirements bathrooms must notify Reception as soon as possible to ensure the correct room type is assigned.
Lodge car spaces cannot be reserved unless you are a blue badge holder and provide the hotel with copy of blue badge in advance of your arrival. There is ample pay and display parking within 30 seconds walk of the lodge.
