On Arrival
A credit card / Visa Debit (with funds available for pre authorisation) is required on check in as a standard disturbance/damage charge against damage to property, loss of keys, excessive mess in apartments, excessive noise etc by any member of your group in any apartment under your reservation
**Please note that if you give a credit card for the pre-authorisation it will take up to 10 working days within your Bank for the pre-authorisation to go off your account. If you give a Visa Debit card for the pre-authorisation it can take up to 14 days within your Bank for the pre-authorisation to go off your account. Please also note with a Visa Debit card the transaction will appear like a sale transaction on your account details, however, we do not take the money out of your account unless damage occurs over the weekend.**
Group of 1-5 people €50 pre - authorisation on credit card(s)
Group of 6-10 people €150 pre - authorisation on credit card(s)
Group of 10 -15 people €300 pre - authorisation on credit card(s)
Group of 16 – 24 people €400 pre - authorisation on credit card(s)
Group of more than 25 people €500 pre - authorisation on credit card(s)
Cancellation Charges ( Smaller Groups 2-10 people)
If you need to cancel or amend your Booking you must contact us as soon as possible. Free Cancellation/ modification until midnight, 48hours prior to arrival. A penalty of the entire stay will be charged for late cancellation/ modification, no show and early departure. We recommend all guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation Charges ( Applicable for Groups )
We require a written confirmation by email or in writing in the event that you wish to cancel your booking,The following charges will apply:6 Weeks Prior to arrival deposit can be returned if booking is canceled between 6 weeks and 14 days prior to arrival the initial deposit is non refundable 14 prior to arrival - 100%; of the booking payment is non-refundable
Cleaning Fee
At The Courtyard Apartments we are committed to reducing its environmental impact through better efficiencies in the use of energy and the minimization of waste, packaging, and water usage. If rooms are left in an unacceptable state after the weekend with rubbish, decorations and or vomit/excrement an extra cost will be charged for the clean-up, this is a minimum of €150 charged depending on the way the room is left.
