Reservation Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hatmaker Boutique Hotel. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless stay for our guests. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your room reservation and stay at our property.

1. Reservation Guarantee

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
• Certain rate plans or special promotions may require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable. These will be clearly stated during the reservation process.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: From 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Please contact the Front Desk in advance and we will be happy to help.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a one-night room charge.
• Non-refundable rate plans are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

4. Modification of Reservation

• Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
• Requests for date changes or room upgrades must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and will be accommodated when possible.

5. Payment Policy

• We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and select mobile payment options.
• A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used to guarantee the reservation must be presented upon check-in.
• Incidentals and security deposits may be authorised on your card at check-in.

6. Occupancy and Extra Guests

• Room rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
• Children under 3 may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.

7. Smoking and Damage Policy

• Hatmaker Boutique Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping in rooms or indoor spaces will result in a €250 deep cleaning fee.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any members of their party and will be subject to cover the cost of damage incurred.

8. Pet Policy

• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals in compliance with EAA regulations.
• If a pet is found in a guest room without prior authorization, a €250 cleaning fee will be assessed.

9. Special Requests

• Requests for specific room features (e.g., high floor, adjoining rooms) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Please contact the hotel directly for special arrangements, including romantic packages, group bookings, or extended stays.

10. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or civil unrest.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• Guest personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This data is used solely to facilitate your stay and improve our services.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Liability Disclaimer

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
• In-room safes are provided for your convenience, but use is at the guest’s own risk.
