Reservation Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of reservation and Thistledown Lodge reserves the right to pre-authorise the card to the amount equivalent to your stay (before or after). Please note some rates are non-refundable and in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be deducted from your card.

We will do our very best to fulfil any special requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.
All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum night’s stay.

Two night minimum stay during peak season.
If you wish to book a one night stay, get in touch via our contact page, with your desired date and we will do our very best to accommodate you, based on availability.

Child policy:
We welcome children aged 7 years and up.

Cancellation Terms

Bed & Breakfast – Standard Rate

You will be fully charged for your booking prior to your arrival, if for any reason you need to cancel you must give us 7 Days notice so that we may issue a refund.

If a reservation is cancelled outside of 7 Days or in the event of a no show, no refund will be given.

Bed & Breakfast – Advance purchase / Non-Refundable Rate

This is a reduced Non-Refundable rate and will be charged in full at time of booking. A refund is not an option on this rate.

Bed & Breakfast – Flexible Rate

This is an increased flexible rate and will be fully charged at time of booking, if for any reason you need to cancel you must give us 48 hours so that we may issue a refund.

If a reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours or in the event of a no show, no refund will be given.
