Các quy định và chính sách:
• Giá phòng đã bao gồm: ăn sáng, wifi miễn phí, phí phục vụ 5% và 8% thuế VAT.
• Thời gian nhận phòng: sau 14h00, trả phòng: trước 12h00.
• Chính sách trẻ em: Miễn phí ăn sáng với trẻ dưới 6 tuổi. Trẻ từ 6–12 tuổi: phụ thu 100.000 VND/trẻ/đêm (gồm ăn sáng và chia sẻ giường). Trẻ từ 12 tuổi tính như người lớn, phải đặt thêm giường phụ với phí 200.000 VND/trẻ/đêm (đã gồm ăn sáng). Chỉ 1 giường phụ/phòng.
• Hủy phòng: Xác nhận đặt phòng không có giá trị nếu việc đặt cọc, thanh toán không được thực hiện đúng quy định. Miễn phí hủy trước ngày đến 30 ngày. Phạt 50% nếu hủy từ 30–20 ngày. Phạt 100% nếu hủy trong 20 ngày trước ngày đến.
