1. Réservation :
L'envoi ou le versement d'arrhes correspondant à 30% du montant du séjour sera demandé pour confirmer toute réservation. Le cas échéant, une demande de préautorisation du montant total du séjour sera effectuée par Carte Bancaire dans les 7 jours précédent le début du séjour.
Si cette réservation est faite dans les 7 jours précédant la date du séjour, un prélèvement ou la préautorisation par Carte Bancaire sera effectué afin de garantir le séjour.
Pour les séjours en tarification "Non remboursable", la totalité du séjour sera prélevée le jour de la réservation du client.
2. Prix :
Les prix s'entendent toutes taxes comprises, hors taxes locales de 2,75 €/jour/personne qui sera ajoutée à l'arrivée du client.
3. Modifications et annulations :
Nous acceptons toutes modifications de dates de séjour jusqu'à 48h avant la date d'arrivée du client, dans la limite des disponibilités et pour l'année en cours.
Il est accepté une seule modification et la nouvelle réservation devient alors non-modifiable et non-remboursable.
En cas d'annulation, vous devrez nous en informer par courrier ou par email ; la date de réception de l'un ou l'autre déterminant les conditions d'annulation.
Selon la date de l'annulation, les pénalités suivantes seront prélevées :
- plus de 7 jours avant la date du séjour : aucune pénalité
- moins de 7 jours avant la date : 30% du montant du séjour sera facturé avec un minimum correspondant à 1 nuit
- le jour même : 50% du séjour sera facturé avec un minimum correspondant à 1 nuit
- en cas de non présentation avant 19h30 le jour de la réservation, la totalité du séjour sera facturé
- en cas de départ anticipé, l’équivalent d’une nuit sera facturé en supplément de la partie du séjour déjà effectuée.
Ces conditions ne s'appliquent pas aux réservations "Non remboursable" pour lesquelles le règlement intégral est perçu dès la réservation.
4. Arrivée et Départ :
Les arrivées dans notre établissement sont prévues de 15h00 à 19h00. En cas d'arrivée en dehors de cette période, merci de nous contacter à l'avance par téléphone pour vérifier les possibilités (Early Check-in / Late Check-in).
Les chambres doivent être libérées avant 11h00 le jour de votre départ.
Si une place de parking a été réservée pendant votre séjour, nous vous demanderons de bien vouloir la libérer en même temps que votre chambre afin de permettre l'arrivée des nouveaux clients.
Pour simplifier et accéler la procédure de Check-out, il est demandé que le solde du séjour soit réglé au plus tard la veille de votre départ.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking : A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday must be sent or paid to confirm any booking. If necessary, a request for pre-authorisation of the total amount of the stay will be made by credit card within 7 days prior to the start of the stay. If this booking is made within 7 days of the start of the holiday, a direct debit or pre-authorisation by bank card will be made to guarantee the holiday. For ‘Non-refundable’ stays, the total amount of the stay will be debited on the day of the customer's reservation.
2. Prices : Prices are inclusive of all taxes, excluding local taxes of €2.75/day/person which will be added on the customer's arrival.
3. Changes and cancellations : We accept all changes to dates of stay up to 48 hours before the customer's arrival date, subject to availability and for the current year. Only one change will be accepted, and the new booking will then become non-changeable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you must inform us by post or email; the date of receipt of either will determine the cancellation conditions. Depending on the date of cancellation, the following penalties will apply: more than 7 days before the date of the holiday: no penalty less than 7 days before the date of the stay: 30% of the cost of the stay will be charged, with a minimum charge of 1 night on the same day: 50% of the stay, with a minimum charge of 1 night in the event of no-show before 7.30 p.m. on the day of booking, the full amount of the stay will be charged in the event of early departure, the equivalent of one night will be charged in addition to the part of the stay already completed. These conditions do not apply to ‘Non-refundable’ bookings, for which full payment is received at the time of booking.
4. Arrival and departure : Arrivals at our establishment are scheduled from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In the event of arrival outside this period, please contact us in advance by telephone to check the possibilities (Early Check-in / Late Check-in). Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. If a parking space has been reserved during your stay, we will ask you to vacate it at the same time as your room to allow new guests to arrive. To simplify and speed up the check-out procedure, the balance of your stay must be paid no later than the day before your departure.
